A pioneering estate in Latina province that transformed uncultivated land into a significant wine-producing area through scientific research and international collaboration. Under the direction of Antonio Santarelli and winemaker Paolo Tiefenthaler, the estate focuses on both international and indigenous varieties suited to their maritime-influenced terroir. Their flagship wines include Mater Matuta (Syrah-Petit Verdot blend) and Aphrodisium (late harvest blend of Petit Manseng, Viognier, Greco, and Fiano).
