Michelangelo Iossa, born in L’Aquila, Italy in 1974, brings together the worlds of journalism, writing, and academia.

His journalism career spans three decades, writing for Italy’s leading publications including Corriere della Sera, Corriere del Mezzogiorno, and various RCS media group outlets. He currently also contributes to The Way Magazine, covering culture and lifestyle.

As a professor at Naples’ Suor Orsola Benincasa University, Iossa has established himself as a leading authority on 20th-century pop culture. His work includes in-depth studies of cultural icons, explorations of 1960s London, and analyses of film soundtrack history. Throughout his career, he has interviewed hundreds of prominent figures from the international music, fashion, and film industries.
